Sacaja Essentials is a Ugandan brand of destination-inspired essential oils crafted by House of Sacaja, based in Kampala, Uganda. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to House of Sacaja.

• You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or interfering with its operation.
• We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

• Orders are placed directly with our team on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and confirmed at order time.
• All prices are in Ugandan Shillings unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions are approximate.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, where stock is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases any payment received is refunded in full.

Payment is made via mobile money or bank transfer before dispatch. We do not store payment credentials. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery, returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Our essential oils are intended for aromatic and topical use as directed on the label.
• Always perform a patch test before applying to the skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Not intended for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a qualified practitioner if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.
• Statements about our products have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

All content on this site — text, imagery, branding, product names, and design — is the property of House of Sacaja and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Sacaja is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its products. Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kampala.
