Sacaja Essentials orders are placed personally — through WhatsApp or our social channels — so every bottle is dispatched with intention and followed to your doorstep.
How to Place an Order
- Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok with the pieces you would like.
- Our team confirms availability, total cost and delivery fee based on your location.
- You settle payment via mobile money or bank transfer.
- We hand your order to a trusted courier and share a delivery note so you can track it to your doorstep.
Delivery Areas
- Kampala & Greater Kampala — same-day or next-day delivery.
- Nationwide (Uganda) — 1–3 business days via our courier partners.
- East Africa — 3–7 business days depending on destination and clearance.
- Deliveries beyond East Africa are arranged on request; please message us for a quote.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom blends and gift sets may take slightly longer — we will always confirm the timeline with you.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at the time of order based on weight and destination and are quoted before you pay. There are no hidden costs.
Tracking & Delivery Notes
Once your order leaves us, you will receive a delivery note or courier reference over WhatsApp. Our team follows up personally to make sure your parcel arrives safely.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unreachable recipient, reshipping costs are borne by the customer. We will always attempt to reach you first before returning the parcel.
Delays
Delays due to courier issues, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, but we will assist wherever possible and keep you informed until your parcel is in your hands.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in original packaging.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos — we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
